Everyone in this model dystopian city uses clothes to express themselves, project their status, and show everyone where their allegiances lie. There’s a fair bit of incredible apparel to acquire in CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077, ranging from sober and functional mercenary outfits to colorful rebellious pieces that’ll make you look like a peacock if that’s your thing. That said, there’s always room for a little more clothing in a gamer’s digital wardrobe – especially in a game as visually appealing as Cyberpunk 2077 where taking screenshots is half the fun. So grab your bags and take your hard-earned Eurodollars out from under the mattress. It’s high time V went shopping.
15. Loud’s Wardrobe – TLOU2
Check Out This Mod If you’re a believer in entropism and just put on what’s most convenient for survival, you’ll appreciate Loud’s Wardrobe by Loudmp3. This mod brings in the clothes worn by Ellie and Abby in The Last of Us 2 to Cyberpunk 2077. Night City is way less hostile than America after it’s overrun by fungal abominations, but you’ll still find value in keeping a low profile. Get this if you’re a die-hard fan of TLOU2, or if you just want a little bit more variety when you want to roleplay as a cyberpunk hobo.
14. Boots Above Knee
Check Out This Mod Whenever I get to design my own character for a hyper-violent Western RPG, I try to create the most dominant, menacing, and respect-inspiring woman I possibly can – and what better way to command respect than with bad-ass boots? These boots were originally only worn by NPCs, but thanks to creator Ardios, they’re now available for Valerie to try on. These boots come in many colors and materials, including leather, gold, and latex. There are also sexy see-through holographic boots and even a pair that glows in the dark for when you’re hitting one of those famous Night City raves.
13. Street Ninja Pants and Shoes
Check Out This Mod When it comes to games that let you create your own character and outfit them however you like, more variety is always better. Regrettably, CDPR chose to give us fewer customizing options, instead of giving us access to tons of clothes exclusive to enemy factions and the like. This mod by Echorra alleviates the situation somewhat by making the pants and shoes worn by the Tyger Claws available for female V. You’ll look right at home in Japantown, and they’re great for showing off Valerie’s chiseled abs while driving a Kusanagi Yaiba.
12. Wraith Hoods
Check Out This Mod Working as a mercenary in one of the most hardcore cities in the world, I think a hood is something V would appreciate. Creator AsheNikinoodles helps us remain discreet with these Wraith Hoods, which replace regular Kabuto helmets. They’re adapted from the ones worn by the Wraiths, a gang of Raffen Shiv preying on the innocent around Night City, but I’m sure they won’t mind you copying their style (and if they do, just show them the business end of your Mantis Blades). This will make you look right at home in the Badlands and help you keep a low profile in the city streets. It’s also a perfect addition for any fashionable summer outfit when shootouts and raids are a common occurrence in your line of work.
11. Cute Ears
Check Out This Mod One of the most unrealistic aspects of Cyberpunk 2077 is the complete and utter lack of genetically engineered catgirls running around Night City, scratching people, and being adorable. If you also want the future to look like Nekopara (2014), consider these Cute Ears by creator Janecio14. These fuzzy ears are perfect to get Valerie’s cute factor way up. They also come in a neon glow version, making it easier to combine with any cyberpunk outfit. The same genius creator also offers a facemask mod that makes everything in Night City a fair bit more relatable for humans in the 2020s.
10. Hi-Res Netrunner Suit
Check Out This Mod Netrunners are one of my favorite groups of people in the universe of Cyberpunk 2077. They’re intelligent, crafty, and they wear some of the most appealing suits in the game. Creator MrHandles offers us the latest in Netrunner suit technology. This high-resolution suit is super detailed, and the texture looks lifelike. It looks sultry and silky smooth on Valerie, but it also works for Vincent, and it doesn’t look half bad either. This is the kind of simple clothing that can really use high-quality textures to make the colors and details pop out.
9. Gorilla Nails
Check Out This Mod Sometimes you want the benefits of implants without looking like Jax Briggs in Mortal Kombat. A great way to achieve this is through Mahat’s Gorilla Nails, which replace all female Gorilla Arms cyberware with organic-looking arms sporting flashy fingernails. There’s a grand total of 54 nail color options here, ensuring you’ll find something appropriate for every outfit. Get this if you like to look fly while ripping your enemies apart with your bare hands.
8. Miscellaneous Clothing & Wearables
Check Out This Mod Prolific creator Halvkyrie graces us with a wide selection of clothes and accessories adapted from random NPCs, enemy factions, and story-relevant characters. Rather than just copies, these are full-fledged clothing items with custom materials, colors, and variants. These pieces include bikinis, tops, full-body outfits, and so on. Some of my favorite additions are small details like cyber doll lines and a tactical gun holster.
7. XT Clothing Library
Check Out This Mod Another solid collection of clothing items comes from modder Xturnal, who’s taken a ton of NPC clothing and disassembled it to give V a truly varied wardrobe. These items include balaclavas, belly-exposing hoodies, enticing harnesses, and even body dancer straps in solid gold that are sure to distract your enemies as you chop their limbs off with your Mantis Blades. There are also helmets, face accessories, jackets, pants, and everything you can think of, ranging from the total bad-ass to the dangerously sexy. If variety is what you’re looking for, this is the way to go.
6. Modular Jewelry Collection
Check Out This Mod Jewelry is just as important in 2077 as it has been for thousands of years. This mod by creator Echorra has all the bling you need to impress the citizens of Night City, from anachronistic tribal styles to opulent neo-Kitsch drip. There are even some holographic necklaces, which is just as bizarre as it is cool. This link above covers all necklaces, but you’ll have to get the earrings and bracelets separately.
5. Arasaka Black Ops Armor
Check Out This Mod Me? I’m all about that corpo life. Luxurious living, society’s respect, and my own private military to protect me? Count me in! Of course, most of us can’t really insert ourselves into massive corporations. We can, however, join their private military – or, at least we can look the part, thanks to mod creator CheesyBlue. This Arasaka Black Ops Armor brings together many vanilla clothing pieces with some smart modifications to create a corporate killing machine look. There’s also an optional Oni helmet to look even more menacing, making this the single most bad-ass outfit available for download.
4. Arasaka Cyberarms
Check Out This Mod Fans of Arasaka’s Japanese neo-militarist style will find a lot to love in creator Aanderz’s Arasaka Cyberarms mod. As you’ve figured out by now, this pack introduces a wide variety of appealing cyberware inspired by Arasaka’s aesthetic, including Gorilla Arms, Launcher Arms, Mantis Blades, and so on. That said, the mod really goes way beyond the dystopian reds and blacks favored by the mega-corp to include all sorts of flashy designs in bold colors. Some are somber, while others shine bright with golden accents and pure white coatings. There are even Iron Man arms, though it’s doubtful anyone remembers the blockbuster hero by 2077.
3. Gorilla Arms Extended
Check Out This Mod If you’re going to replace your regular human arms with mechanical ones, they better be the Swiss Army knives of the cyberware industry. To get the most out of your Gorilla Arms, get this mod by MeteorIWTD, which improves their function and cosmetic appeal. These updated cyberware arms let you ignore stat checks for forcing doors open, pry turrets from their base, carrying them around, and more. The mod also introduces four new Gorilla Arms colors for both genres, and lets you remove the knuckle covers to expose the wiring for a rough and rugged look.
2. Hide Everything
Check Out This Mod Those of us who care about our character’s looks are always conflicted when it comes to RPGs where equipment is visible on your character. It’s definitely better than equipment only affecting stats, but it adds the challenge of finding useful gear that also looks good. Often, we’re forced to sacrifice one or the other. This mod by Maniman303 fixes the issue by letting you hide any piece of clothing, allowing you to pile up the protection and augment your abilities while still looking sleek. Alternatively, you can hide everything you’re wearing and run around Night City raining pain on your enemies in your birthday suit. Talk about an effective distraction.
1. Jinguji Custom Atelier – Unique Clothes for Female V
Check Out This Mod I’m always hunting down mods that add a lot of variety to my games in one simple download. And the Jinguji Custom Atelier by creator Mahat sure fits the bill. It adds ten all-new clothing pieces that bring together the elegance of neo-militarism with the attention-grabbing style of neo-Kitsch to great effect. It includes some of the sexiest & most sleek pieces of clothing available for download, including mini-skirts, black leather pants, and corset tops.
